Through pre-recorded videos:
3 x technique videos in a 4 week period, 1 week where you can ask questions.
A private Facebook group, where we will be accountable - show your progress, learn from each other, Q and A.
1 x video - with all answers from the Q&A in video format, if any questions are asked.
A material list be provided, with suggested places for you to purchase
